Digital Account Coordinator

Foundry is seeking a full-time digital account coordinator to join our growing team. As the digital account coordinator, this position will report to and work directly with the digital account manager assisting in day-to-day responsibilities of managing a variety of accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Report to and work directly with the Digital/Web Account Manager 
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with clients on a daily basis when necessary 
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external (client) meetings 
  • Open project jobs and write change orders and enter them into our project management system 
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and account setup 
  • Complete media reconciliation billing on a monthly basis
  • Create digital media budget tracking documents and update as needed
  • Assist team in ensuring client deadlines are being met
  • Prepare client status reports
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and provide recap to internal team
  • Proof all copy and artwork to ensure accuracy
  • Support with research and proposal creation for new business initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attitude and ability to work with a large team 
  • Solid planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail while demonstrating strong initiative
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suite

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Agency experience is preferred, not required
  • Casino/Gaming or tourism marketing experience is preferred, not required
  • Knowledge of digital platforms, software and tools (e.g. Google Ads, SEMrush, etc.)

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, journalism or related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience
