Media Coordinator – Print/Outdoor/Broadcast

The Media Coordinator will provide daily support to the Media Team. The successful candidate will exhibit a strong work ethic, demonstrate an ability to learn quickly, follow direction with minimal oversight, adhere to hard deadlines and clearly communicate to agency teams.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage creative grids
  • Data entry (broadcast avails, proposals)
  • Create outdoor posting instructions
  • Create insertion orders and traffic instructions
  • Track broadcast makegoods
  • Assist in media research
  • Prepare one-sheets for new media opportunities
  • Assist with monthly billing by printing e-invoices, invoice management reports, and reconciling vendor payments with Accounts Payable
  • Accurately track and report media spends

  • Strong proficiency with computers and solid working knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have a strong desire for a career in the media buying/planning field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (including Media Buying and Integrated Marketing Communications courses)
