The team at Foundry has always been active in community service endeavors throughout Northern Nevada. From behind-the-scenes work on event planning and execution; to helping local non-profit organizations communicate their messages online, in the media or at events; to the many team members who sit on boards and committees in their free time to help causes they are passionate about — all at no cost to the organizations we serve. We are there, but we’ve really never told anyone.
In 2020, that’s going to change! We are now introducing Foundry Feats and shouting from the rooftops that we are MARKETERS ON A MISSION!
The team at Foundry is proud to be a part of the Reno and Northern Nevada community. We live here, work here, and play here. Through Foundry Feats, we are dedicated to helping create a better community and support worthy organizations that are making an impact. We want to make a difference.
As a quiet launch to Foundry Feats, in December we collected clothing, non-perishable food, toiletries, and toys, then donated the items to the Reno Hope Bus, a new non-profit that services the homeless and families in need.
Today, we are throwing our support behind the American Heart Association and National Wear Red Day to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease.
We’ve committed to helping My Hometown Heroes throughout 2020 as they celebrate their 10th anniversary of providing college scholarships to young adult cancer survivors.
In the future, we plan to attend and volunteer at events, throw our marketing expertise behind even more worthy causes and bring awareness to organizations we are passionate about. If you see us, give us a shout, a high five, join the mission to support these causes, but don’t expect us to chat too long (that day anyway) — because we are marketers with a mission and we’ve got a job to do!
