During the pandemic, Coeur d’Alene Casino has prided itself on its approach to safety, taking extreme precautions and going out of their way to ensure peace of mind for their guests. It was this approach that allowed them to be the first casino nationwide to safely re-open to the public after the initial closures in 2020.
Beyond all this, Coeur d’Alene Casino is also the place players go when they want to win. The casino is the home of more life-changing payouts – payouts of over $1 million – than any other casino in the region.
Tackling these two advantages, we work with Coeur d’Alene Casino to create a safety campaign that re-emphasized all of the fun, excitement and relaxation that awaited at the premier property, while putting an emphasis on the fact that they were bringing all of these amenities to guests safely.
We next created a fun and memorable campaign that posed the question, “What would you do if you won a million bucks?” We supported this with key facts that make them the home of true millionaires, citing the recent jackpots, as well as the diversity of hot games that make it a better overall experience. We went on to show people living their dream scenario through all communications – TV, digital, print, signage, outdoor, radio and more – and asked, “Will you be next?” to entice others to try and be the next big jackpot winner.
Through both campaigns we helped create fresh, fun, vibrant messaging that spoke to both the diverse amenities and the winning atmosphere. We are proud to say that, despite the closures and limitations of COVID-19, that Coeur d’Alene Casino saw an unprecedented increase in revenue in 2020 and 2021 – proof that our partnership and strategies are paying off.
