Hometown Health is a locally-owned, not-for-profit insurance company that provides one of the largest provider networks in Nevada. We were first brought on board to help position them as the premier health insurance company for locals and a true partner in people’s health.
With three distinct targets – Individuals/Families, Small Groups and Large Groups – we customized our strategy and messaging to portray Hometown Health as the top choice for each audience. We focused on local stories and real customers to give the campaign a genuine feel. For small and large groups, we sought out key businesses in the area that had Hometown Health as their provider and told their story about why it worked so well for their business needs and their employees.
By celebrating everyday wellness and embracing our local roots, Hometown Health has continued to grow and shape our community, and has increased it membership to over 100,000 members.
Our focus during the enrollment period was to drive enrollment through multi-media efforts and, outside the enrollment period, to increase awareness and strengthen their role as inspirers of better health through such programs as Motivate U, Hometown Inspired and Healthy Tracks.
Hometown Health saw such great success in northern Nevada that it spurred them to expand to new rural counties, as well as begin offering services in Clark County (Las Vegas/Southern Nevada area). They continue to be the largest non-profit health insurance company in Nevada.
