Digital marketing and strategy expert Chad Hallert brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to his role as Chief Digital Officer at Foundry. As CDO, Chad oversees Foundry’s team of talented digital marketers and web developers; and partners directly with clients to reimagine and optimize their digital capabilities and performance.
Prior to joining Foundry, Chad built and oversaw the performance marketing team at Noble Studios and was lead digital strategist for global clients such as Autodesk, FICO, The Islands of Tahiti, Bentley Systems, Ashford University, Mitchells Stores and others as well as travel clients such as Yosemite Mariposa County, Santa Monica, Heavenly Ski Resort, Newport Beach, Tahoe South and Travel Nevada.
Previously, Chad was the Director of E-commerce and Digital Marketing for the publicly-traded Caesars Entertainment. There, he was promoted to pioneer and build a department responsible for the web development, digital marketing and e-commerce profitability of the company's portfolio of websites.
Notable accolades include being named a winner of the Direct Marketing News’ 40 Under 40 and HSMAI’s Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Hospitality Marketing. Widely published, Chad has provided expert commentary to Mobile Marketer, Internet Retailer and Chief Marketer. He has appeared as a featured speaker at the eTourism Summit, Nevada Governor’s Global Tourism Summit, BrightEdge Global Insights Tour, Lyris Future Vision Email Marketing Conference, and multiple AMA, AAF and NCET events. He also teaches courses on digital marketing at the University of Nevada, Reno.
Chad holds a master’s degree in Internet business systems from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., a bachelor’s degree in human ecology from the University of Nevada, Reno and a revenue management certification from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.
